Gameplay Instructions

Our game is fairly simple as players have to avoid or destroy asteroids and save astronauts and survive as long as they can. The goal is to survive as long as you can and try to beat the high score. Players will also have to maintain the fuel while playing the game. If the player runs out of fuel the player will lose control of the spaceship and just wait till they collide with an asteroid. Players will have powers ups available to use to help destroy asteroids and survive longer. There’s a turret power up the player can use. It will spawn a turret, which automatically targets and destroys asteroids. There is also an EMP power up which destroys all the asteroids on the screen. There's unlimited ammo power up which gives the player unlimited ammo for a while. There’s also a shield power up which protects the player from asteroids and there are two other fuel refill and ammo refill objects which the player can collect to refill the fuel and ammo. There’s also an upgrade system for the players which can be used to upgrade ammo and other things.

Keyboard Controls

“WASD” Key -  Movement

“Space” Key -  Collect astronauts

“M” Key -  Spawn Turret (Cools down after 10 seconds)

“F” Key -  Fire Lasers (Spamming it will overheat the gun and it will take a while for it to cooldown)

“E” Key -  Use EMP blast (Takes a while to regenerate)

“Left” Joystick -  Movement

“LB” Button -  Collect astronauts

“Y” Button -  Spawn Turret (Cools down after 10 seconds)

“A” Button -  Fire Lasers (Spamming it will overheat the gun and it will take a while for it to cooldown)

“X” Button -  Use EMP blast (Takes a while to regenerate)
